RINGING THE CHANGES (AGAIN!!)

Well, here i am with a brand new theme (again). I think this is third one i’ve had in a quest to find somewhere that i really feel at home. I wanted to find a softer look with a more friendly feel to it. I wanted the colours to be muted as opposed to garish purple as on my last page. The text, i think, is clearer and easier to read both in the headings and the body of the text.

Well, i think i finally do feel at home here with my cosy little houses, modern leafy trees. a bright, shining, yellow sun at the top of the page and a few random shapes dotted here and there….enough to make it look interesting. Well, so i think. You’ll have to let me know what your personal opinion is.

I’m having trouble configuring my widgets and categories though and could use some advice if anyone would care to share some (please?). I’ve yet to find how to add my category cloud.

Why do i always leave it till the last thing at night before i start writing or messing about with my themes. I ought to be going to bed early as i have to be up at 5.30am every morning as my carers come just after 6am and i like to be up and awake – as much as can be anyway (I am disabled, if you hadn’t already guessed and are fairly new to my blog). Not that i let that or much else, come to that, get in the way of me enjoying life, being happy and being very content with my lot. So, on the whole (unless i think about my earlier life of abuse which still raises it’s ugly head from time to time), i am a happy, smiley, please and thank you type of bod!

And with that happy image, i think i really ought to go to bed before the clock strikes midnight and i turn into a pumpkin.

Whoops! Puss-cat says, “Well, Ellie, you have gone and done it now, turned into a pumpkin, just as i warned”. Goodnight all! xx 🙂
